Possible Rev War battle/encampment site

See the post in the General message board about the Zabriskie Schedler house/property--possibly the site of encampments and/or skirmishes near the Paramus Church in today's Ridgewood.  There are 7 acres of undeveloped land.  Would love feedback re: the possibility of it being a worthwhile archaeological site.
