The Bergen County Historical Society is accepting offers for the architectural fabric of a Jersey Dutch pre-Revolutionary War House, from River Vale, NJ. c. 1747-1830.
One and one half story, two-room deep, dual stone-end house. (The stone is not included)
34'-8" (front) x 30'-6" (Deep) Roughly 988 square feet. It was known at the William Holdrum, Sr. House.
The house was taken apart so that it could be reconstructed.
Documentation available.
The architectural fabric could also be repurposed.

The Bergen County Historical Society, a non-profit, 501(c)(3) volunteer organization, was founded in 1902 to develop public appreciation for Bergen County's remarkable history, especially through the preservation and study of its material culture. We are the only historical association to focus on the Bergen County as a whole, from its prehistory to the present day. Our museum collections are presently on display in a limited basis at Historic New Bridge Landing. Public programs include educational events, placement of informative roadside historical markers, museum exhibits, monthly lectures, library collection, website and message board. We are the largest landowner at HNBL. We are not a government agency and have never received regular or significant public funding, we rely on private donations and membership.
