About the Event

This event will revolve around the theme of fortifications, granting members the chance to explore the significance and operational aspects of 18th-century army fortifications, geography, and camp duties.

Speakers and instructors for May 4th event includes Seanegan Sculley, Henry Cooke, Jim Smith, Glenn Marshall, James McKane, Susan Maguire, Paul Ackermann, and Todd Braisted.   More info on schedule: https://www.brigade.org/school2024

The event at Historic New Bridge Landing is focused on presentations for the reenactor community.  The public is welcome to attend, we made this event free to attend, donations are welcome. Limited seating available.

The Bergen County Historical Society is thrilled to host the Brigade of the American Revolution at HNBL, our HQ since 1939.

Free parking or take the train on the Pascack Valley line to "New Bridge Landing" train stop and travel one block north and east to the entrance sign. A gravel path bisects the museum site to the 1889 swing bridge across the Hackensack River.
