Join us for A Celebration of Women’s History on Sunday, March 23rd 1 pm- 4:30 pm at Historic New Bridge Landing, 1201 Main Street, River Edge NJ.

Join Eliza and Erik Lichack at 2:00 pm in the state historic 1752 Steuben House for a historical presentation to celebrate Women’s History Month. The program includes a demonstration of the lady’s toilette discussing cosmetics, hair, and clothing followed by musical entertainment featuring female composers and performers of the 18th century.

Tours in the Steuben House where we have new exhibits include selections from our girls sampler and needlework collections. Our Revolutionary War artifacts and other Bergen County artifacts from our extensive collection are on exhibit.

Watch basket weaving. Reenactors from Outwater's Milita will be sewing period clothing in the Campbell Christie House.  Celeste Sherry will be demonstatring spinning in the Steuben House.
